Builders have now bought the last 201 lots in the master planned Twin Creeks community. The lots were purchased by Ryland Homes (126 lots) and Standard Pacific Homes (75 lots). New home construction is already underway and homebuyers can expect to have their choice of new homes starting in February. Home prices will range from the 200,000s to the upper 600,000s. These lot purchases align perfectly with experts’ predictions regarding Austin real estate’s continued status as a hot commodity (and even more so for Northwest Austin real estate). Given Twin Creeks’ location and status as a master planned community, the demand for these new homes will likely be very high.
