1. Circle C

This master-planned community was established in 1988 and has been a top choice for area families ever since. While Circle C may feel cut off from urban amenities, it is just minutes from shopping and entertainment at Escarpment Village and Arbor Trails. Kids in this neighborhood also attend some of the most highly-rated schools in Austin ISD. Circle C is bursting with community amenities, including a swim center, park, tennis club and even a childcare center. The HOA also frequently hosts community events for all residents to attend. 2. Avery Ranch

For a home close to Austin’s Silicon Hills, Avery Ranch is a great choice. Highway 183-A, Highway 45 and RR 620 are the major thoroughfares surrounding the neighborhood that make it easy for residents to commute to central Austin. Avery Ranch is zoned for Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD, which are two of the top districts in the Austin area.
