Home sales hit an all-time high for the month of September with 2,603 sales. Home prices in the Austin area also continue to rise, posting an 8% increase since last September with a median price of $258,000.   • 4% more active listings in September 2015 than 2014 at 6,759 listings
  • 2,391 pending sales in September 2015, or 9% more than September 2014
