New Homes Debut in BelterraTucked away in the hill country, Belterra is one of Southwest Austin's most popular neighborhoods. Two new sections have recently opened in the community - Mesa Verde and Seneca Trails. Future residents can expect the same high-quality homes for which Belterra is known, with the first homes debuting in the spring of 2015. Even more growth is to come - developer Crescent Communities plans to add an additional 800 homes over time and is also working on Belterra Commercial.
