Tucked away in the Leander hill country, Travisso is the area’s newest master-planned community. Developer Taylor Morrison has just released plans for the neighborhood’s new amenity center. This high-quality facility will cover 9.5 acres, beautifully landscaped to match its hill country setting. Residents can also easily walk or bike to the amenity center, since it is connected to the neighborhood’s extensive trail system. For those that prefer to drive, the center is surrounded by plenty of parking. This amenity center will be the first of the luxury community amenities to be built in Travisso.

The highlight of the amenity center is the clubhouse, which features an exercise room and locker room. The clubhouse’s multipurpose room is ideal for hosting parties, exercise classes or community-wide events. Outside, residents can lounge by the resort-style pool. There’s even a splash area for kids to enjoy. An open-air pavilion surrounds a fire pit-perfect for gatherings on cool evenings. The pool and clubhouse are surrounded by a park with playscape, two tennis courts and two recreation fields for football or soccer games. When it is complete, residents can find the center off of Travisso Parkway, which is the community’s main road. The site is within walking distance of the first homes to be built in Travisso.

Although the amenity center is the first community facility to be built in Travisso, it won’t be the last. When complete, Travisso will be home to a 58 acre park and 42 acres of commercial developments full of local businesses. Most importantly, Travisso will feature nearly 3,000 homes when it is complete. Sales have already begun for the first round of homes in Travisso, with construction not far behind. Builders include Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, Drees, Grand Haven and Highland Homes, all of whom have a reputation for building high-quality homes. Homes are expected to be priced anywhere from the upper $200s to $800s. See all Travisso homes for sale and read more about the Travisso neighborhood in Leander on our Travisso neighborhood profile.
