Located south of Highway 71 and east of Mopac, Westcreek is just a fifteen minute drive to downtown Austin no matter which roadway you take. The neighborhood is surrounded by major shopping centers like Arbor Trails and Sunset Valley Village, and is convenient to HEB, Randalls and Target. 2. Cherry Creek
Cherry Creek is one of the largest South Austin neighborhoods and stretches from West Stassney Lane to Slaughter Lane near Mopac. Depending on where a home is located in the area, the drive to downtown can be fifteen or twenty minutes. Cherry Creek is close to major shopping centers and several popular community parks. 3. Windsor Park
This neighborhood is one of the closest to downtown Austin, located between East 51st Street and Highway 290. Since the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport was replaced by Austin-Bergstrom International, the original airport grounds have been repurposed for shopping centers and offices, all of which are five minutes from Windsor Park. 4. 78721 Zip Code
Found just south of Windsor Park, the 78721 zip code includes the area between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and the Colorado River, east of Interstate 35.
