October 2018 Austin Market Report

According to the October 2018 Central Texas Housing Market Report, Austin's market saw increases across the board! Most counties in Central Texas saw an increase in single-family home sales, with the Austin-Round Rock area up 4% to 2,347 homes sold while the median home price rose 8% to $308,000. Despite the continuous rise in prices, pending sales for October increased by 3%. The month of October also yielded an increase in total dollar sales volume to $901 million. The home inventory level for the Austin area saw a slight increase with 3 months of inventory available. Check out the newest numbers from the Austin Board of REALTORS® for October:

November in Austin is all about celebrating different cultures and getting ready for the upcoming holiday season!
