November 2018 Austin Market Report

According to the November 2018 Central Texas Housing Market Report, Austin's market saw increases across the board! Most counties in Central Texas saw an increase in single-family home sales, with the Austin-Round Rock area up 1% to 2,201 homes sold while the median home price rose 2% to $301,000. Despite the continuous rise in prices, pending sales for November increased by 3%. The month of November also yielded an increase in total dollar sales volume to $839 million. Apple is Opening a New Austin Campus!

You've probably heard the news by now - tech giant Apple made an announcement on December 13th that it will be investing $1 billion to add another campus in North Austin, along with expanding job opportunities all across the US ( This is Apple's third Austin location, and set to be built on 133 acres less than a mile from its neighboring Northwest location. Construction is expected to last 30 - 36 months (Austin Business Journal).

Things to Do New Year's Eve in Austin 2019

There's no better place to celebrate the new year than the Austin area, and we've put together this list of fun, family-friendly events that all ages can enjoy! The youngest in the family can watch balloons drop at "Noon Years Eve" parties at the Thinkery and The Hive. All ages can countdown to midnight with bowling and golfing fun at Mel's Lone Star Lanes and Topgolf.
