Tim helped us buy our new house in the spring of 2013 when the real estate market in Austin was crazy. He was very thorough, and above all, fast. He answered questions fast, researched issues quickly, and always made time to meet us if we wanted to see an available home. In short, he was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. We liked working with him so much that our former home is now listed with him, and he has worked very hard to promote it; and he still answers questions fast!Katie Harris and Eddy Hays
Tim helped me out tremendously! Tim was able to sell a property I inherited and then find a house in order to purchase for my mother who suffered 3 strokes, needing a home for mobility issues within a short period of time. He has guided me through this difficult process, find what my budget was set for and location. Great personality and would highly recommend him.Lucy Herrera
Tim has been nothing short of amazing, and of course we recommend him to everyone. We appreciate everything!!!Ashley Dahlke
My wife and I loved working with Tim. He really took the time to get to know us and understand what are preferences were. Due to this the recommendations he provided were spot on. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt pressured or any stress during the whole real estate dealing. I would absolutely recommend family and friends to work with Tim in the future. Tim thank you so much for all you did for us we love our new home and you played a pivotal role in that!Scott Hartgraves
I am moving to Austin in two weeks, flew in for 3 days to find a place to live, and Tim was beyond fantastic. He went out of his way to help me - even showing me homes on his day off and outside of business hours. It was more like dealing with a friend than someone who makes money through you. I would never think that i would write a review for a real estate company, but he was so good, here it is:-)Ravelle Goins
During my three-month home search, Tim made the effort to get to know me, my needs and what I was looking for. He invested in my happiness (cheesy, but true), spending time booking viewings, adding to my property database and just being available whenever, wherever. Not only does he have the knowledge to do the job well, he has the most important thing for a real estate agent to have: integrity. I fully trust Tim to shoot straight with me and not just tell me what I want to hear.At one point during our search, Tim said to me, "Mitch, I'll show you a hundred homes if I need to. I just want you to get the one that's right for you."Finally, in September 2012, I closed on a house. Since then, I've send several referrals to Tim.When I walked into my new house after signing, there were about 60 craft beers sitting on my new counter -- Tim had gotten in there and left me tons of beer to say "thank you". If that's not worthy of 5 stars, I don't know what is.Mitch Holt
Tim Tierney was a wonderful find! Having no recommends in the area, I went with my gut, based on a few email exchanges. I could not have been happier! Tim was everything I wanted and needed in a realtor. He was polite, available, honest, and went out of his way to keep us informed and educated every step of the process. If I had to pick a best point, it was that Tim was always available, and had immediate responses. This never varied through evenings, weekends, and even a holiday. He made purchasing a condo for our daughter extremely easy and stress free. I would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable about the Austin market, and his advice was spot on. Look forward to working with him again in the future!Louise and Becki Kendall
When my husband and I started looking for homes in Austin in January 2014, we were sitting in our house in Columbus, Ohio, viewing websites. We stumbled upon Reilly Realtors and received an email from Tim shortly afterwards. When I responded to his inquiry about our interests, telling him it would be 2 to 3 years before we actually moved to Texas, I expected a reply of, "Oh, ok, contact me in a year or two." Instead, Tim was undaunted and offered his help, knowledge, and keen insight into Austin real estate regardless of the fact that our move was a long way off. When we visited Austin in 2015, Tim spent nearly 3 hours driving us around town, showing us the communities we had expressed the most interest in. When we visited again in February 2016, Tim spent the better part of a day showing us houses we had requested to see, based on an online search. Bottom line: Tim is extremely attentive, responsive, and willing to take the extra steps to help newcomers learn about Austin and feel at home in their new city. We would recommend Tim to anyone who asks us for realtor advice. (Oh, and he's a pleasant, friendly, and fun guy on top of everything else!)Christopher & Pamela Hill
