Pennybacker Bridge over Lake AustinRobert Kenney has worked in Austin real estate since 2002 and has consistently established himself as a professional and one of Austin's top producers. He relies on his past work experience to provide his clients with a fuller understanding of the real estate market overall. His associations with various real estate networks, both nationally and internationally, help him stay up-to-date on the latest challenges and successes in different markets. Prior to his work in real estate, Bob was the principal in a textile commodity business. In this position, he represented the interests of clients from Australia, New Zealand, India, South America, Africa and Europe. In addition to his 12 years of real estate experience, Bob was also the director of relocation for the last five years with his previous firm. His role was diverse and included receiving a comprehensive education on the goals and strategies for corporate transfer assignments as well as the importance of working within established guidelines of the global relocation industry. Bob also made a successful transfer himself to Austin 16 years ago, so he understands the needs of those moving to the Austin area and what it takes to make those transitions smooth. Bob’s practical hands on experience in Web-based social media, strategic planning for web services, website development, networking and lead management help round out his overall experience in the real estate marketplace.

Bob Kenney is our realtor for listing, he's with REILLY, REALTORS®. Really great job. He hosted many open houses, got a yard guy and landscaper out at his expense to spruce up the yard and went way beyond what normal realtors do to market the property. Hired a drone guy so there was drone video of the outside and surrounding neighborhood. He knows how to market real estate, and you the seller, benefit from his knowledge.Rich Wakeland
Bob Kenney is a realtor's realtor. He was knowledgeable about the area we were considering, understood the dynamics related to resale, sharp enough to draw your attention to a particular item but wise enough to let you consider your options at your own pace. I found him to be professional, prompt and personable. He obviously loves what he does and that enthusiasm is demonstrated in his work ethic and efforts. I can not recommend him highly enough. As a new person to the Austin, Bob made the transition much easier than I anticipated.Brian Travers
Bob Kenney is a great first contact if you're planning to move to Austin. Knowledgeable about Austin and its real estate. Friendly, helpful, and doesn't pressure. We reacquainted ourselves in Summer of 2011, and Bob worked with me for several more months until he found a house in a perfectly funky (as in good funky) neighborhood. He helped me navigate around rocky shores and made my first home buying experience relatively problem-free. After the house deal was done he continues to offer support. He has referred me to contacts in his network who have become clients. A good man to know whether you’re looking for a house or not.A. Parker Severson
We worked with Bob Kenney on our last move and he did a great job managing the sale of our house in Lost Creek as well as the purchase in Lakepoint. It was a very stressful time both as a seller and a buyer. But Bob kept our stress to minimum by how well he managed everything including a difficult seller and complicated inspections. Plus he used his extensive market knowledge to find us exactly what we were looking for in an area that we probably would have overlooked without his advice.Michael Girard
My wife and I met Bob Kenney three years ago when we moved to Austin. He took the time to show us around the area and help us find a rental house. We then contacted Bob again to help us purchase a home. We stayed in the home for two years before we decided we wanted to be closer to Austin. Bob did an outstanding job of helping us find the home we are currently occupying. Of all the real estate agents I have ever met, Bob is extremely honest and thorough. I find he is as picky about a house as we are (which I love). He wants you to understand the pros and cons of each house. He is NOT simply trying to make a sale. If we ever sell our current house, Bob Kenney is the first phone call I will make. If you want someone who knows Austin, is thorough, patient and has wonderful customer service, Bob is your guy.Paul Bonde
We had nearly 80 years combined real estate experience. Once we retired we found ourselves wanting to sell our home and move close to our grand kids. We hired a person we thought we knew from our firm who quickly became the agent from hell. We got out of our contract as soon as we could and hired Bob Kenney, who was a friend from our real estate careers. It was like night and day. He was positive about our home selling even though we knew it had some negatives. He was always cheerful and up beat. He helped get our home ready for proper marketing. The pictures and video he had taken for us were so much better than the first agent had taken it was unbelievable. Bob was always there for us and very pleasant and positive till the home was sold and closed. He made the whole process so easy for us. If we were ever to go back into real estate we would strive every day to be the agents Bob was for us.Feel free to change this in any way you want. I thought you were going to send me a form to fill out. I did this on Pages but it's changed since the last time I'd used it and I didn't know how to send it. We're settling in nicely and it just warms our hearts to spend time with the grand kids. They're really great kids. Would be better if you were here.Suzanne Atherton
Bob Kenney is a gem! He's an amazing listener with a strong understanding of what is available, what solutions make the most sense and how to manage through a sometimes frustrating system. So grateful to have him in my corner!Nancy Giordano
I have been involved in real estate for most of my adult life in one form or another. I can honestly say that my experience with Bob Kenny and Reilly Realtors has been nothing but positive. From day one my wife and I felt completely informed and at ease. I have worked with many Realtors and Bob is truly the best. Even though I posses my own real estate license in two different states I still use Bob for all my personal transactions. I know he will work hard to advocate on our behalf and guide us through the process with integrity. These guys know their stuff.Ramon Raun-Byberg
