After graduating, she found her way into Property Management working for merchant builders and Real Estate Investment Trust (REITS) such as JPI and AIMCO. Elisha managed residential properties ranging from 130-900 units over the span of 10 years, achieving many sales awards and recognitions. The main focus of her property management experience was customer service and creating a magical experience for her residents to rave about.
