Ladera Austin, TX - Ladera Bee Cave - Ladera Homes for Sale
The Ladera neighborhood (also called Ladera Ranch) is a new home community in Bee Cave, TX, that is still in the planning phases. The triangular property sits behind Home Depot and Target, overlooks part of the Falconhead golf course, and is walking distance to Bee Cave Central Park. Taylor Morrison will begin building the planned 240 Ladera homes once the City of Bee Cave completes the extension of Home Depot Boulevard (which may be renamed Ladera Boulevard). The city is also planning to extend Bee Cave Parkway from 620, where it currently deadends at Bee Cave Central Park, all the way to Highway 71 at Hamilton Pool Road, which will provide another entry for Ladera home owners. The ground breaking for Ladera Austin should happen in November of 2011, with the sales office opening in Spring of 2012. Ladera Ranch students are currenlty slated to attend Lake Pointe Elementary, Lake Travis Middle School, and Lake Travis High School. Those who choose to call Ladera Ranch home will appreciate the great location between the heart of Bee Cave and Lakeway, TX - close to the Hill Country Galleria, the new Lakeway Medical Center, and great dining in Lakeway like The League and Mizu. If the success of the new Rocky Creek neighborhood on Hamilton Pool Road is any indication, homes in the Ladera neighborhood should go quickly as their location is even closer in than Rocky Creek.
