Falconhead West Bee Cave is a new section of homes located within the Falconhead neighborhood. The entrance off Highway 71 is grand, and residents have the added convenience of entering and leaving the neighborhood from the main Falconhead entrance off RR 620. Taylor Morrison, Drees, and Ryland Homes started building customized homes from the low $300,000s to the high $600,000s in 2007. Most homesites in Falconhead West are between 60 and 70 feet wide and 130 feet deep. Although the lots are smaller in size and do not offer the golf course views found in the older Falconhead sections, many homes in the Falconhead West neighborhood have tremendous hill country views. Tile and metal roofs are standard in Falconhead but not in this new section, but upgrades abound in Falconhead West - especially on the model homes located along Ozarks Path.

Falconhead West is located West of RR 620 and Hamilton Pool Road on Hwy 71. The main entrance to Falconhead West is off Hwy 71 at Vail Divide. It is connected to the original Falconhead neighborhood, making it also accessible from RR 620 by route of Falconhead Blvd to Spillman Ranch Loop.
