Some of the most elegant and sought-after houses in Austin can be found in Old Enfield, a historic neighborhood established during the presidency of Mirabeau Lamar. Magnificent live oaks shade the upscale houses, which reflect a variety of 19th to mid-20th century architectural styles. Homes range from quaint, 2-bedroom bungalows to distinguished mansions.
