We have had a Great Hills Neighborhood Quick Search (see top right of every page) on our site for some time now, but just today we added a Great Hills Neighborhood profile. Through our research for the profile, we discovered our Great Hills Austin Quick Search needed a change so we updated it. Check out the new Great Hills Neighborhood Profile, and use the Quick Search to see the 28 Great Hills Homes for Sale that are on the market today. We just added Anderson Mill, Angus Valley, and Champions Forest to our Northwest Austin Neighborhoods Guide. Both Anderson Mill and Angus Valley are established neighorhoods in Austin with homes built mostly in the 1970s-1980s, while Champions Forest is newer with homes built between 1980 and the early 2000s. While homes in Angus Valley and Champions Forest range from $200,000-$300,000, you will find some less expensive homes in Anderson Mill. All three areas are in great NW locations with easy access to shopping and central Austin.

We’ve just added three new neighborhoods to our Austin Neighborhoods Guide: Lewis Mountain Ranch, The Estates of Lewis Mountain, and The Overlook at Lewis Mountain. These communities are all off 1826 in Southwest Austin, a ranch road that connects Hwy 290 W to Hwy 45 (which turns into South Mo-Pac). It’s a great SW location to call home, and the scenery in the Lewis Mountain neighborhoods is beautiful hill country. Homes sit on at least an acre, and range in price from $500,000 – $1M+.

At AustinHomeListings.com we are always adding neighborhoods to our Neighborhood Quick Search (top right of every page of the site) and to our neighborhood profiles. We just add West Cypress Hills, a community west of Austin near the new Hill Country Galleria. The West Cypress Hills neighborhood is a relativiely new subdivision where both resale and new homes are available for purchase. Today marks a new chapter in AustinHomeListings.com’s history.  Great Austin Properties, an Austin residential real estate company, created AustinHomeListings.com to provide users with the easiest to use Austin home search tool for finding properties and reviewing neighborhoods.  You’ve probably noticed that we’ve made some changes to the site today in terms of appearance and functionality. In addition to the new site look and feel, we are now asking all visitors to create a free personal profile in exchange for access to the listings data. By registering you will also benefit from the following free tools:

1. Favorites Folder - This tool allows you to save listings to your “Favorites Folder” so you can conveniently manage and view your favorite listings at any time.  When you find a listing that you would like to add to your Favorites Folder, click the “Add to Favorites” link in the Tools box. Once you’re logged in, you can manage your Favorites (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information. Additionally, you can recall your Favorite Listings from any page using the “Favorites” tab at the top of the page.

2. Search Saver - This tool allows you to save searches to your “SearchSaver” folder so you can conveniently manage and view your searches at any time and receive email notification when new listings that fit your search criteria become available. When you run a search that you would like to add to your “SearchSaver” click the tab located on the top of the page that says “Email me when new listings match this criteria”. Once you’re logged in, you can manage your “SearchSaver” (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information.  Once you run an initial search, you may opt to refine your search. This will narrow your search results to fit your new criteria, such as price range, minimum square footage and more. Anytime you receive search results, you will have the option to “Save This Search” and receive an email notification when new listings that fit your search become available.
