We’ve just added three new Circle C Neighborhood Profiles: Circle Alta Mira, The Enclave at Circle C, and Circle C Vintage Place. As you may know, Circle C in Southwest Austin is one of Austin’s most prized master planned communities. As of this writing, there are 13 Circle C neighborhoods within the community, with future development still planned.

We also added two new Quick Search links for Circle C: Fairway Estates and Enclave Estates, though at this time there are no active listings for Enclave Estates.

Our search tool is always improving, so we thought we would let you know about the latest change we’ve implemented to make your Austin home search easier! You can now search by # of stories. From any of the Search Listings pages (see the main navigation on every page of our site), you’ll find “Stories:” under the Property Features area (see image below) where you can select No Minimum, 1 Story, 2 Story, 3 Story, or Multi-level.

We now have over 250 neighborhood quick search links at AustinHomeListings.com! We created the QuickSearch you see in the top right corner of every page to assist you in your Austin home search. These predefined searches make it easy to search for homes in popular neighborhoods such as Tarrytown, Steiner Ranch, Falconhead, Spanish Oaks, and Great Hills.

You can also search by subdivsion by navigating to Search > Subdivision, but sometimes neighborhoods are entered in the Austin MLS using names you may not associate with the community. For example, Spanish Oaks is often entered in the Austin MLS as “11505 TX 71″. Another great example is Tarrytown. Because this central Austin community came to be known as Tarrytown over time, it has names like “Bello Vista” and “Johnson Subd” in the MLS – making it rather difficult for most of our site visitors to see all active Tarrytown listings without our QuickSearch.
