We worked with Marcy to find a new home in Southwest Austin.  She was extremely patient with us and was very helpful in helping us narrow down several prospects, giving us lots of insight into the home buying process.  She was always available via e-mail / phone and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

Michael’s keen negotiation skills went to work for us. He played every single card carefully and to our advantage. He was extremely cautious on what information to share with the seller’s agent, and what not to. In summary – we purchased a beautiful, newly constructed home in an outstanding neighborhood. We got far more house for the money than we had hoped for. I would highly recommend using Michael Reilly as your agent if you are looking to purchase a home in the Austin area. In fact, I can’t imagine using anyone else.

AMI Capital is an Austin based investment fund. We buy discounted homes for cash. Our office reached out to Marcy Dickson on a short sale back in March 2012. It was already under contract, but the short sale took forever. The buyer fell through. Marcy reached out to us wondering if we were still interested. Marcy Dickson at Reilly Realtors was amazing. She worked with me while I was still living in Germany and preparing to relocate back to Austin, and she went above and beyond to be flexible with my crazy schedule. She was even willing to take my mother to view a few options before my return. And, in the end, she helped me find the perfect house. She really listened when I described what I was looking for and was able to truly understand my style. The house she found had just the charm I was looking for in the right location. She made what could have been a very difficult experience a very easy one.

We started looking in earnest for a home about a month ago. In the past few weeks, we have been working with Brad Fulks, and he has been a true professional. Not only has he been there to answer any questions, he has the sense to step back and let us explore the home on our own. He makes the process easy for first time home buyers, and is exactly what we were hoping to have when we first started looking. He really did make us feel like he wanted to find the right house for us, not just one that got him a bigger commission, was closer to his location or any of the other reasons that Realtors can get a bad rap. Courtney really made the purchase of our future homesite a great experience. He knew the neighborhood inside and out and helped us talk through the pros and cons of each lot. We got comfortable in the neighborhood and I am sure we drove him a little crazy because we liked so many. He introduced us to a few builders and we asked lots of questions and that really helped us make our decision. We looked at a three or four other subdivisions with existing homes in our price range and even a fixer upper the whole process was thorough and in the end we felt we better about our choice to build. Courtney is a super nice guy, very professional, knowledgable, and fun to work with, he's an A+.

5 Stars! I cannot say enough nice things about Joanna Jennings. When I met her I was at the point of being fed up with unproductive, pointless meetings with two prior real estate agents. From the beginning she listened to what I wanted and was looking for, only showed me listings that actually matched my needed criteria, and helped me to find my "dream" first home that is a perfect match to any "checklist" for a home that I had. She personally walked me through the mortgage process and explained, in detail, each and every step. I literally worried about nothing. Additionally, she has been actively involved in helping me with many needed services post closing. I would recommend Joanna to anyone. My husband and I moved to Austin during the super hot summer of 2009. I was 7 months pregnant and incredibly motivated to find a house that would suit our growing family. I highly recommend Ellen Outlaw when buying or selling your home.  She helped us prepare and sell our home in Round Rock in just under 3 weeks.  She had spot on advice and recommendations from staging to pricing and listing.  We knew exactly what was going on at all stages and she is a master negotiator.  She 100% has her client's best interest at heart.  We could not have asked for better guidance and a smoother process!

We were recently relocated from Dallas to the Austin area by a relocation company for my husband's job. Before we had even agreed to the relocation, we started searching for homes online, which is how we found Damon. He sent us new listings every day! The relocation company preferred for us to use one of their approved realtors, but we requested to work with Damon instead. They contacted Damon and told them that he would have to give them 40% of his commission as a "referral fee", which is of course completely outrageous! Damon still agreed to work with us after finding out he would be robbed of a large chunk of his commission. Can you say integrity?! He was able to work with my husband's work schedule and helped us find a great builder in Georgetown! Damon has been amazing during this entire process! We would highly recommend him and the rest of his team to anyone!

I cannot heap enough praise on Reilly Realtors and Holly Herring. Even when our priorities changed Holly didn't flinch and found exactly what we wanted. She was very patient with us and really took the time to get to know what we wanted and were looking for. Working late evenings and through the weekend Holly always answered our phone calls/texts right away! Thanks to Reilly Realtors and Holly we found our perfect home!

Brad Fulks has been the best realtor we've ever worked with.  He's now been with us through the purchase of four properties and the sale of three.  We've worked together when the market in Austin was hot and when it was definitely not.  Some of the transactions were fairly straightforward while a number of them were very difficult for a variety of reasons.  Brad remained consistent, reliable, available, honest, friendly, and effective no matter what the circumstance.  At this point, I feel as though I could buy or sell a home without a realtor -- but I wouldn't -- I'd use Brad.

My husband and I found Reilly Realtors first by using their great website, AustinHomeListings.com. My husband was hesitant to register (for free) in order to look at listings because he didn't want to be spammed, but because the site is run by a local company, they don't spam you.  It's really an excellent resource for anyone looking at properties. Then we got in contact with Paul Serraino about one of the homes for sale, and Paul became our realtor because he is just superb.  He's lived in this area for a long time and understands the market.  He's a down-to-earth, genuine person, easy to talk to, but he gets the job done.  He was always quick to return calls and emails.  We trust him completely. And really, we were happy he put up with us because it was touch-and-go for a while as we weren't sure we'd have the funds we needed.  But everything finally worked out.  Paul was so patient with us and answered our questions easily.  He also successfully worked for what we wanted in the deal when I thought the other side wouldn't budge. Paul took a lot of stress off my shoulders, so I will recommend him to anyone needing a realtor!

We found this realtor company before we relocated to Austin and they stayed connected to us the whole time. Our realtor was Bethany Campbell and I would give her more stars if I could. She took us looking, gave us time in the house by ourselves so we could evaluate without any pressure, a couple of times what we thought looked like a good "fixer upper" she would be very forthright with what it was going to take to bring it up, and in the end, after knowing and getting a feel for what we wanted, she brought us to home that we had not even heard or asked about. Well, that is our home today. It was exactly what we wanted for our family of 4. Bethany didn't try to only show us homes that were on the cusp of our max budget (some realtors are all about the commission) and we ended up with a beautiful home, in an outstanding neighborhood, well under the price we needed. The closing kept getting delayed but Bethany always kept us up with the latest news (stuff even the bank wasn't doing) and visited us a week or two after we moved in so that she could make sure we were satisfied. I have recommended her to several families. Intergity in a realtor is a rare treat but she's got it in spades! Thank you Bethany.
