Residents and non-residents of these Austin area golf course communities are able to join, but only members and their guests are able (with the exception of Barton Creek, whose resort guests are also eligible) to play on the courses. Membership is less expensive at the Falconhead Club, Blackhawk Golf Club, the Golf Club at Crystal Falls, and Grey Rock Golf Club, and typically nearby homes are as well, since these Austin golf courses are also open to the public.
